Directions: Head north on I-17 from Phoenix to Exit 293 (Mcguireville/Rimrock/LK Montezuma). From the stop sign head straight onto Cornville/Beaver Creek Road***. Drive on Beavercreek Road through Mcguireville then on to Rimrock (about 2 miles). After driving by the Post Office you will turn Right at Red Baron Rd. Drive about 1/4 mile. Road will turn to gravel and proceed another 100 yards or so. Then Turn Right onto Rolling Ranch road. Rolling Ranch runs along the west boundary of all the property.
