Prescott is located in Central Yavapai County at an elevation of about 5,200 feet. The city population at the last census was around 34,000. Prescott was actually the territorial capital until the capital moved to Phoenix. Sharlot Hall Museum houses much of Prescott's territorial history, and the Smoki and Phippen museums also maintain local collections. Whiskey Row in Downtown boasts many historic buildings.
Prescott is another area of our State where the land and real estate prices have sky-rocketed. Our land parcels are located Northwest of Prescott and are available for a fraction of the costs of comparable lands near the town.
