Directions: At I-40 Exit 103 - Jolly Road - Head to the north side of interchange and drive west on Fort Rock/Jolly Rd. You will be running about parallel to I-40. After a mile or so you will pass an APS electric station on your left side, and continue for another mile to the second unmarked road on your right side. Turn right heading north and proceed about a 1/4 mile or so and then the road will veer west again. You will drive another 1/4 mile or so west and the property will be on your right side about a hundred yards after you pass a ranch road that heads north. Directions: Take Exit 103 I-40 Jolly Rd and go to the south side of interchange. Head East along road running parallel to I-40. After crossing most of the open ranch area (about 3 miles) you will turn Right at That Way Rd. You will begin to make a series of left and right turns but you are really just staying on the main ranch road and following section lines. You will continue heading south on That Way (follow the wood arrows) Right and then Left you will come across Lily Mountain Rd (see pic) continue a hundred yards and then turn Right on Deadwood (the road name changes to Deadwood but again it's just the same ranch road). You will continue south on Deadwood (you will see this street sign a few times so you know you are going the right way). When you come to an unmarked Road you will stay left two more turns on the now unmarked ranch road until hitting I-Rock Road. Turn Right and now you are on the road that borders the west side of the 5 acres. Pass over a cattle gate and drive until you see the tall white PVC Corners on your left side. You will drive along the property (on your left) until the road that heads up the hill. You can turn left here to drive along south portion of the 5 acres until the tall white PVC corner.
